Yes, a deposit is required to secure your order. Here’s how it works:

  • Standard Orders: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery or fitting. This ensures everything is ready to go smoothly on the big day!

Flooring installation are included ffor free in our initial quote.

However, if you wish to install your new flooring yourself, simply let our team know beforehand and we can provide you with a quote that factors this in. Doing so will mean that you are not entitled to our 12-month installation guarantee.

We do not typically install other companies’ flooring products.

If there are certain options that you would like to see in situ, we are happy to provide samples for you to take away with you.

Laminate and vinyl share many characteristics, which means your choice could simply come down to a preference for a certain design. As a general rule, vinyl is more well-suited for areas with high moisture, like bathrooms and kitchens, whilst laminate flooring is more scratch-resistant and solid underfoot, like real wood.

We can provide a quotation and order your flooring without a Home Visit if you have your own measurements available. In some circumstances, such as for stairs and landings, we may prefer to send our skilled estimators out to view your home to ensure the future installation is carried out smoothly.

Where your choice of flooring is changing to a different type e.g. from carpet to laminate, we would again suggest a Home Visit is desirable. But if you feel this is unnecessary, we can proceed with the sizes we have been provided.

Furniture FAQs

This depends on whether the item is on a “special order” basis, or from stock. Stock items can usually be delivered within 8 weeks. Products that are ordered specially, can take between 8-16 weeks to arrive. Your sales adviser will notify you of the current lead time at the point of order.

Most of our sofa’s can be customized this has a 10% charge

Any outstanding balance must be paid before a delivery can take place. You can do this over the telephone using your debit, or credit card. Alternatively, you can call into any of our stores to pay your balance prior to delivery.

No order will be delivered unless full payment has been received beforehand or a valid finance agreement is in place.

Please ensure that any items of value are removed from the route through which your furniture will be carried i.e. mirrors, pictures, ornaments, etc. We would also advise putting down a protective covering on your floor. This is due to the nature of the weather and the products covering, which may have become soiled during transit.

Whilst all due care and attention will be taken by our delivery staff, they cannot be held responsible for minor damage caused when effecting your delivery.

Our standard free delivery covers a 10 miles radius, the furniture being placed inside the property – usually in the hallway or the first available space. Terms and conditions apply.
Our premium delivery service covers the furniture being delivered to the room of your choice.

Our delivery staff will then unwrap and remove the packaging, positioning the furniture where you want it. You will be asked to sign a delivery note – please ensure you have inspected your furniture before signing.

We give either a AM or a PM time for delivery.
